First floor: a white space as a library, a bar and an experimental restaurant
Second floor: a nightclub as a black box for artistic representations (music and image).
This proposal is based on a reflection about the transforming control society. Public and private spheres already started to clash each other, new work and leisure's schedules appear around us. A new organisation of programmes in the city start to be needed. This model is more based on the Tokyo urban system of Shibuya, and its introduction in Paris could only be in this location of le Marais. This Area mix shopping, culture, entertaining areas and is the only one to be open 7/7 days. This project hedges the Paris closing times regulations as the different parts of the programme opens and closes independently. The building still remains open and puts forward new ways and times of living in this city.
